Taking a vacation in the Bahamas with four kids can be challenging and expensive. Picking a good hotel or condominium is very important; it has to have enough space for everyone to sleep comfortable. Choosing a good place with space will cost a lot of money, but there are simple ways to save your cash. Beside plenty of space, you also have to consider the location. Your kids will want to have fun the minute they arrive in the Bahamas, so it helps to stay somewhere near the activities. Overall, the Bahamas is an excellent place for kids to have fun. When you arrive there, you should definitely stay at either Harborside condominiums or the Comfort Suites. Harborside and The Comfort Suites are both great places to stay; however, each place offers different things. If you prefer a more home-style place, you should pick Harborside. Harborside is a nice place for families; you will get a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The kitchen and the washer/dryer will help you a lot during your vacation in the Bahamas. If your kids plan to go swimming in a local swimming pool, their clothes will smell like chorine. Without the help of a washer/dryer, you will have to leave their clothes smelly. If you plan to wash their clothes at a local laundry center after every swim, it could get expensive over time. Using the condominiums' washer/dryer will save you tons of money, and you will not have to wait unit the loads are done. Using the kitchen will save you some cash as well; buying and cooking your own meals is way better then eating expensive restaurant dishes every night. Besides the appliances, Harborside is also the better choice when it comes to space. The Comfort suites are a lot cheaper, but you only get two rooms and a sofa bed. There is one good thing about The Comfort suites; it is much closer to Atlantis Water Park. Your kids can go have fun very quickly by just walking across the street.

The cool thing about staying at either The Comfort Suites or Harborside is that both places give guests free access to Atlantis. At Atlantis, your kids can try many attractions and activities; most of them are fun for all ages. Most kids like the water slides because they are fast, and they are a quick way to cool off under the sun. Your kids can also stay cool by going snorkeling in Atlantis' snorkeling area. The only drawback to snorkeling is that your children must have their own equipment. The outdoor water-based stuff is a blast, but your children will also have fun indoors too. You and your kids can view the aquariums during a tour or try to win prizes by playing games. There are also movies to see during your visit; the staff plays great films that are suitable for everyone. If you have small kids, you might want to take them to the movie room when a cartoon is showing. A family of four can have a great time in the Bahamas; however, choosing the right hotel or condominium is critical. Harborside and Comfort Suites are the best choices; however, Harborside offer is the most expensive. No matter which place you choose, your kids will have free access to Atlantis' fun and exciting activities. Easy access to The Bahamas is one reason for its long-standing popularity as a winter holiday destination.
