A wave runner is fun to drive, so when you visit the Bahamas, make sure you search for a place that offers them. When the weather is hot, there is nothing like feeling the cool wind as you ride this machine through the clear waters. You will be splashed, but that is a good thing, the cold water is a great way to keep cool as you race your friends in the ocean. Finding a wave runner vendor is easy; however, choosing the right one is the challenge, because each vendor offers different rules and prices.
The cheapest place to rent a wave runner in the Bahamas is Nassau, and although the price is great, there is another great reason to rent there. Unlike the other beaches that offer rentals, Nassau is the only place that offers many ways to have fun. If you have a large family, everyone will have different views on what is fun, so going to a Nassau beach is a good way to solve this problem. Besides the wave runners, you will find other activities such speedboat rentals, sailboats rental, and other types of water vehicles. Obliviously, teenagers will want to rent the fast vehicles, while older adults will choose something slower such as a relaxing sailboat ride. If your family is large and your money is low, stop by a Nassau beach, because everyone will have a good time there.
If you want to visit other beaches while in the Bahamas, try Cable Beach or Coco Cay, they have wave runner rentals available as well. Cable beach has many vendors, so if you want a particular type of wave runner, you will have a good chance of finding it. Coco Cay’s beach is beautiful, but if you want to rent a vehicle and ride it in the water, you have to follow a tour guide on a predetermined path. A path is not a problem for older adults, but teenagers might want to drive without a guide, and having a path ruins any chance of having races. Nassau’s vendors let everyone ride where they want, and how far they want; however, both beaches’ vendors have a set riding time limit, which is about 50-60 minutes.
