Bahamas - Dolphin Tour The dolphin tour in the Bahamas is a cool attraction for kids. You have to book your spot early, because it is a popular tour which sells out fast. The Bahamas is an excellent place to bring children because it has great attractions that will keep them happy for hours. Excited kids visit the zoo in Nassau and the dolphins in Paradise Island every year, and a smile stays on their faces. The flamingo shows start around 2:00 and the parrot feeding show starts earlier at 1:00. You should leave the zoo a few hours before your dolphin encounter starts if you choose not to see the shows. The traffic is the main reason you need the extra time, because a 10-minute drive can easily take close to an hour. After your car ride, you will have to take the ferry to Paradise Island to get on the dolphin boat, which is where the actually tour begins.
